Michael J. Clarke
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Clarke was named President & Chief Executive Officer of Nortek and appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in December 2011. For the previous seven years, he served as Group President, Integrated Network Solutions at Flextronics International, Ltd., a publicly traded, global provider of design and electronics manufacturing services to a wide range of end markets. From 1999 to 2005 he served as President & General Manager at Sanmina-SCI Corporation, and prior to that he held progressively senior positions at Devtek Corporation and Hawker Siddely. Mr. Clarke has more than twenty-five years of senior executive, business development and operational experience managing global companies in a myriad of industries, including electronics, telecommunications, industrial, aerospace and automotive. He was educated as a Mechanical Engineer at Bradford Polytechnic, England, with enhanced professional development programs from University of Western Ontario and Columbia University.
Timothy J. Burling
Senior Vice President, Finance & Operational Excellence
Mr. Burling was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance & Operational Excellence in November 2014. He joined Nortek as Vice President, Operational Finance in March 2012. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Burling spent twelve years at Flextronics International, a global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, most recently serving as Vice President – Finance, Integrated Network Solutions group. Prior to Flextronics, he spent more than twenty-five years in various manufacturing and operational finance roles, including a period as a factory general manager for Dover Corporation, manufacturing electronic components. Mr. Burling graduated from Keble College, Oxford in 1980 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In 1983, he gained his Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Kevin W. Donnelly
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Mr. Donnelly was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2011. He joined Nortek as Associate General Counsel in 1988 and was promoted to Vice President & General Counsel & Secretary in 1989. Prior to Nortek, he served as in-house counsel for Exxon Corporation and The Yankee Companies. Mr. Donnelly is a graduate of Boston College (undergraduate and law school) and the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Chief Operating Officer, Air Management
Mr. Biasiotta joined Nortek in April 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, Air Management, responsible for Nortek’s Residential & Commercial HVAC and Custom & Commercial Air Solutions segments. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Biasiotta served as Chief Executive Officer of Philips Lighting Americas. Earlier in his career, he was with Johnson Controls where he built a strong foundation in operational leadership while driving significant growth in the business that he managed. His experience also includes marketing and operational leadership roles with Brewer-Garrett and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Biasiotta holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Cleveland State University.
Mark E. DeVincent
Group President, Custom & Commercial Air Solutions
Mr. DeVincent joined Nortek as Group President of its Custom & Commercial Air Solutions segment in May 2014. He has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and sales management. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Flextronics International. Prior to Flextronics, he served as Director, Account Management at Sanmina-SCI and Director, Western Region at HADCO Corp. Mr. DeVincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Nichols College.
David J. LaGrand
Group President, Residential & Commercial HVAC
Mr. LaGrand is Group President of Nortek’s Residential & Commercial HVAC segment. He has been with Nortek’s subsidiary in this segment, Nordyne, for over twenty years serving as President since 1997 and CEO beginning in 2001. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Mr. LaGrand graduated from Hope College in 1974 with a BA in Business Administration, and from Michigan State University with an MBA in Marketing in 1976.
Group President, Air Quality and Home Solutions
Mr. Mueller joined Nortek in August 2014 as Group President of Nortek’s Air Quality and Home Solutions segment. Mr. Mueller joined Nortek with over 25 years of manufacturing, sales and marketing experience in the kitchen and bath products industry. He had been with Kohler Co. since 1991, serving in a number of leadership roles including president of Global Faucets and managing director of KB Latin Americas, where he built the business through production localization, distribution expansion, importation and brand building. Mueller previously served for four years as president of Kohler faucets worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University.
Group President, Security & Control
Mr. O’Neal joined Nortek as President of Nortek Security & Control (formerly Linear) in 2011. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. O’Neal was president of North American operations for Gibson Guitar, and was earlier CEO of several high-tech electronics corporations including Phillips Accessories and Peripherals and Gemini Industries. Mr. O’Neal has served as a management consultant to governments, businesses and not-for-profit organizations, helping them pursue strategic changes and new market opportunities.
Mr. O’Neal holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, NJ.
Peter R. Segar, Ph.D
Group President, Ergonomic & Productivity Solutions
Dr. Segar has served as Group President of Nortek’s Ergonomic & Productivity Solutions segment since January 2013. He has been with Nortek’s subsidiary in this segment, Ergotron, since 2004, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Ergotron-Branded products until his promotion to President of Ergotron-Branded products in 2010. Prior to Ergotron, he served in various management positions for Seagate Technology from 1994 to 2004. He began his career with IBM’s Storage Systems Division in 1989. Dr. Segar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Colorado.
Michael H. Botelho
Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations
Mr. Botelho has been a Vice President at Nortek since August 2012. He has been with Nortek since 1996, starting as a Financial Analyst and most recently serving as Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Nortek, he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Botelho is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Accounting.
Scott B. Campbell
Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer
Mr. Campbell joined Nortek as Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer in October 2012. He has more than twenty years of supply chain management experience. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Operating Partner at SK Capital. Prior to SK Capital, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for W.R. Grace & Co. Before joining W.R. Grace, he was the Director of Global Indirect Materials and Services with Polaroid Corporation. Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
Robert J. Casagrande
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Casagrande joined Nortek as the Vice President & Chief Information Officer in September 2012. Prior to joining Nortek, he served as Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Rexel Holdings USA since 2006. Prior to this, he served at General Electric for sixteen years in Engineering and Information Technology positions. Mr. Casagrande is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic.
Matthew W. Hughes
Vice President, Treasurer
Mr. Hughes joined Nortek as Vice President, Treasurer in April 2014 with responsibility for Treasury, Tax and Risk. Prior to joining Nortek, Mr. Hughes spent eighteen years at GTECH Corporation, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of GTECH’s products and services division. Prior to GTECH, he performed various finance roles at Gartner, Inc. Mr. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bryant
Andrew W. Prete
Vice President, Business Development, Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary
Mr. Prete has been Vice President, Business Development, Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary since September 2011. He has been with Nortek since February 2001, starting as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Nortek, he was an Associate in the corporate department of the law firm of Adler, Pollock & Sheehan. Mr. Prete is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Roger Williams University School of Law.
Donald W. Reilly
Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Reilly joined Nortek as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in November 2011. He is a senior financial professional with over thirty years of diversified experience in manufacturing, technology, financial services and a variety of specialized industries. He came to Nortek from Evergreen Solar Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Reilly held senior level roles with GTECH Corporation, Amtrol, Inc., A.T. Cross Company and Ernst & Young. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Providence College.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Weston joined Nortek as Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2015. Prior to joining Nortek, he was at Invensys plc where he served in a number of HR leadership positions over nine years, including Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Weston has led significant HR and business transformations, coordinating decisions and change management activities in over 50 countries and across multiple businesses. He has worked for a number of different organizations in his native UK and in the US, including a UK Police Service, and prior to Invensys, Wrigley in Chicago, IL. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Thames Valley University in the UK.
